PISTON ROADS
Special materials are available by request of the customer; whereas the most common materials are carbon steel, hardening and tempering steel, stainless steel, low-alloy steel
We do different heat treatments by request of the customer like:
- standard chromium plating with thickness 0.025 mm 200 hours of resistance to neutral salt spray;
- crossed double chromium plating (Cr+Cr) 240 hours of resistance to neutral salt spray;
- nickel covering and chromium plating;
- nicrom 350/1000 hours of resistance to neutral salt spray;
- ceramic treatment 4000 hours.
CYLINDER TUBES
The most common materials for cylinder tubes that can be found on the market are E355, E355J2G3 (impact strength 27J to �20�C), materials with high impact strength as 20 MmV6.
Tubes are honed in H8 with internal roughness 0.20 �.
SEALS
The most used seals are Chesterton, Busak & Shamban, Polypac, Trelleborg, Guarnitec group
HEADS
We erect our heads with guide bushes in resine-bonded fabric or plastic or bronze or PTFE or sliding speed or VITON type.
Heads are locked by request of the customer or according to our design.
PISTONS
The most common materials used are carbon steel, steel S355, hardening and tempering steel, steel with TENIFER treatment.
We erect our pistons with guide bushes in resin-bonded fabric or bronze or PTFE or sliding speed or VITON type.
